Job summary

General Mills is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the shift team, drive safety and quality, and deliver platform results. You will coach the team, manage daily operations, and work with cross-functional resources to reduce losses and optimize performance on the production floor.

The role requires at least 1 year of frontline leadership in manufacturing, a High School diploma, and strong collaboration and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing or frontline leadership experience.
• High School degree required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a highly collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and Safety 2.0 standards to protect people and product.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize shift team effectiveness and engagement.
• Drive platform improvement plans and daily direction setting for the shift.
• Analyze manufacturing data to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Provide backup coverage to ensure business continuity and operational efficiency.
