Job summary

• Authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety protocols, environmental regulations and procedures are followed.
• Supervise hourly union production employees across shifts.
• Monitor and manage production performance to meet quality/efficiency goals.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for adequate shift coverage.
• Complete and maintain reports related to production, quality and safety.
• Administer discipline as required.
