Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership and supervision to production employees, fostering safety, accountability and teamwork.
• Plan, organize and coordinate shift operations to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Champion a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, waste reduction and cost savings.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality and other departments to ensure production objectives are met.
