Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get fast, accurate, friendly experiences.

A Shift Manager provides leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality, service and cleanliness standards.

Shift Managers perform tasks such as planning for each shift, monitoring performance, taking action to meet McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, communicating with the next Shift Manager, and helping departments meet their goals. They may also be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts.
