Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
• Flexible schedule and positive team player with energy and purpose.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service, cleanliness, safety and profitability.
• Coordinate with next Shift Manager to ensure smooth transitions and continuity.
