Job summary

Novolex is seeking a Supply Chain Shift Manager to supervise Lift Truck Operators, Team Leads and Shift Coordinators, ensuring the daily operations plan is executed with high productivity and on-time customer shipments.

You will lead Tier 0 & Tier 1 meetings, monitor labor balance, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining safety and cost controls across the site. Strong supervisory and WMS experience are essential.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in logistics or related field preferred
• 5+ years in distribution/warehouse logistics
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Self-directed with proactive issue resolution
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Detail oriented with strong analytical ability
• Demonstrates financial acumen
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Works well with a variety of individuals

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lift Truck Operators, Team Leads and Shift Coordinators on the same shift
• Lead daily Tier 0 & Tier 1 meetings and resolve issues
• Execute the operations plan daily as directed by Supply Chain Manager
• Monitor order queue and balance labor, equipment and warehouse tasks
• Address problems quickly to meet the operations plan and on-time shipments
• Conduct safety audits and foster a safety-focused culture
• Develop supply chain plans to improve product flow and reduce costs
• Coordinate logistics with internal/external customers and ensure AGV usage for productivity
