Aufgaben

• Supervise Lift Truck Operators, Team Leads and Shift Coordinators on the same shift.
• Lead daily Tier 0 & Tier 1 meetings and resolve issues.
• Execute the daily operations plan as directed by the Supply Chain Manager.
• Monitor order queue with Supply Chain Coordinators to balance labor and tasks.
• Address issues quickly to ensure on-time customer shipments.
• Maintain safety audits and cultivate a safety-oriented culture.
