Job summary

Shake Shack in Osseo, MN is seeking a restaurant leadership role to help deliver safe, clean, and high‑quality service. You will lead a team of hourly Team Members and support a fast-paced dining environment with a commitment to our hospitality standards.

Responsibilities include directing shift operations, assisting with purchasing, receiving, and inventory, and participating in interviews and employee relations to build a strong ShackFam team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
