Job summary

TGI Fridays is seeking a motivated Duty Manager to oversee shift operations and support on-duty leadership. You will lead a team across restaurant and bar areas, ensuring guest satisfaction and smooth service throughout your shift.

Qualifications

• Exposure to hospitality environment and team leadership.
• Experience in a similar role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs and leads team members, supporting managers with shift operations.
• Assist the on-duty manager to lead and inspire team performance across restaurant, kitchen or bar, covering People, Guest, Sales, Profit, Operations, Health & Safety and Property.
• Maintain TGI Friday’s standards and ensure departments deliver targets through People First, Guest Obsessed, Operational Excellence.
