Nothing Bundt Cakes in Palm Springs, CA is seeking a Shift Manager to lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, coach team members, and uphold our standards for quality, cleanliness, and guest service.

You will open/close procedures, manage cash handling and daily reporting, and support cake decoration, production, and customer satisfaction. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and value teamwork, this role offers flexibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership, supervisory, retail, restaurant, or food service experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds

As a Shift Manager, you will lead bakery operations during assigned shifts, support team members across all areas of the bakery, and help ensure every guest receives outstanding service while maintaining our high standards for quality, cleanliness, and teamwork.
