Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Dearborn, MI operation. The role supervises maintenance employees on a 24/7 schedule, drives reliability, and develops short-term maintenance plans to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• Mechanical/electrical and supervisory experience within a heavy industrial environment required.
• Must have strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, interpersonal, and communications skills.
• Must have good computer skills (MS Office Suite).

• Supervise maintenance employees on assigned shift.
• Develop short-term maintenance plans.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Mechanical/electrical and supervisory experience within a heavy industrial environment required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience managing in a union environment.
