Job summary

Zalat Pizza is seeking a Shift Manager (Line Coach) to lead day-to-day restaurant operations and financial performance. You will coach peers, ensure safety, cleanliness, and high-speed service while exemplifying Customer 4 Life Service.

In this role you will oversee the cook line, learn purchasing, receiving, and inventory processes, and guide opening/closing shifts. The position requires at least 1 year supervising a team, a Food Manager Safety Certification, and a reliable background check.

The Shift Manager (Line Coach) is responsible for coaching and leading the day-to-day operational and financial excellence of Zalat by being a coach and a leader to their peers and demonstrating decision-making that supports operational excellence and the embodiment of Customer 4 Life Service.

Responsibilities

• Manage the cook line to drive the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed
• Learn and complete operational support functions (i.e. purchasing, receiving, accounting processes, inventory) to ensure operational excellence and high financial performance
• Coach and lead shift opening and closing procedures to maintain our facilities and equipment to the highest standards
• Responsible for doing daily tasks like Jolt list, PECs, and any other daily tasks assigned to management

Great Line Coach Will

Requirements
