McDonald’s operates restaurants owned by independent franchisees. As a Shift Manager you will lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and help ensure fast, accurate and friendly customer service with strong Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Prev leadership experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurant.
• Flexible schedule and positive team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Help maintain McDonald’s standards for Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
