Job summary

McDonald’s franchisee is hiring motivated Shift Managers to oversee weekly shifts and ensure fast, friendly service across every visit. You will provide leadership to Crew and other Managers during each shift to maintain high standards of Quality, Service and Cleanliness.

This role focuses on supervising food safety, coordinating team performance, training new staff, and helping the restaurant run smoothly to meet targets and deliver great experiences for customers.
