McDonald’s Independent Franchisee-operated restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and uphold McDonald’s standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You will schedule shifts, monitor performance, and drive targets while fostering a positive team environment.

We value previous leadership in food service or retail, a flexible schedule, and the drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, especially in restaurant/retail/hospitality.
• Ability to lead shifts, plan for each shift, and monitor performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Provide direction to crew and other managers during shifts.
• Maintain Quality, Service and Cleanliness standards for customers.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Help teams meet department goals and targets.
