Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service and adherence to McDonalds standards.
• Oversee crew and other managers during shifts, monitor safety, quality, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth handoffs.
