Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week to ensure a fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Plan each shift and monitor performance during the shift.
• Ensure safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them to run a great shift.
• Help assigned departments meet their goals and targets during shifts.
