Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a motivated Shift Manager for a franchisee-owned restaurant in North Carolina. You will lead crew and other managers, coordinate shifts, and ensure fast, accurate and friendly service to every guest.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, maintaining food quality and safety, and driving performance while upholding safety and profitability. You must be at least 18 and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team players with flexible schedules and a fun attitude.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate owned and operated restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and meet McDonald's standards.
• Ensure safety, security and profitability, and hand off to the next Shift Manager.
