Qualifications

• 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year entry level retail management experience.
• Ability to work irregular hours, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Effective communication skills; basic math, reading and computer skills.
• Ability to follow directions and work autonomously; multi-tasking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in managing drive-in operations.
• Train and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops.
• Direct and assign staff to meet operational standards.
• Perform opening and closing duties and monitor staffing levels and inventory.
• Ensure excellent customer service and respond to guest requests promptly.
