Responsibilities

• Deliver 'Sub Above' service: lead the team, greet guests, and ensure guests leave happier than they arrived.
• Own the shift: manage food safety, speed, accuracy, cash handling, and shift checklists.
• Keep it spotless: maintain store presentation and clean uniforms.
• Coach the team: train and develop crew to deliver the Sub Above experience.
• Set the standard: ensure crew follows company guidelines and policies.
