Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Positive attitude and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a team-player mindset.
• Hardworking, trustworthy and reliable.
• Able to work flexible hours including weekends and opening/closing shifts.
• Must be able to obtain ServSafe certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver "Sub Above" service by welcoming guests and ensuring satisfaction.
• Own the shift: manage food safety, speed, and accuracy on the line, plus cash handling.
• Keep the store spotless: presentation, cleanliness, and uniforms.
• Coach the team: train crew to deliver the Sub Above experience.
• Set the standard: ensure policies and guidelines are followed.
