You’ll coach teammates, manage the shift from start to finish, and uphold brand standards while promoting from within and supporting a positive team culture. This on-site role offers flexible hours and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Keep the store spotless: maintain presentation and clean uniforms.
• Coach the team: train and develop crew with the Sub Above standard.
• Set the standard: ensure compliance with company policies and smooth operations.
