• Own the Shift: manage food safety, speed, accuracy, and behind-the-scenes tasks.
• Keep it Spotless: maintain-store presentation, clean uniforms, and first impressions.
• Coach the Team: train crew and build confidence for delivering Sub Above experience.
• Set the Standard: ensure crew follows company guidelines and policies.
