Responsibilities

• Deliver “Sub Above” Service: lead the team with a welcoming attitude and ensure guests leave happier.
• Own the Shift: manage food safety, speed, accuracy, cash handling, and shift checklists.
• Keep it Spotless: maintain store presentation and clean uniforms.
• Coach the Team: train and support crew to deliver the Sub Above experience.
• Set the Standard: ensure operations follow guidelines and policies.
