McDonald’s franchisee restaurant is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to lead weekly shifts, ensure fast and friendly service, and uphold safety and quality standards. You’ll guide crew and other managers, optimize shift performance, and contribute to a positive team culture in a high-energy setting.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership in food-service or retail, a flexible schedule, and a drive to achieve operational targets while delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Plan for each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Ensure food safety, safety, security, and profitability; communicate with the next Shift Manager to hand off shifts.
• Meet targets during shifts and help departments reach their goals.
