Job summary

McDonald’s is seeking a proactive Shift Manager to lead teams on a weekly basis, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service for every guest. You will supervise crew and other managers, handle tasks including food safety, scheduling, training and inventory, and drive Quality, Service and Cleanliness across the restaurant.

Applicants should have leadership experience, be a positive team player with a flexible schedule, and be at least 18 years old.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
