McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant in East Moline, IL is hiring a Shift Manager. You will lead shifts, supervise crew and fellow managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.

We seek leaders with restaurant or hospitality experience, a flexible schedule, and a positive, energetic attitude. You must be 18+ to work as a manager in corporate-owned locations.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• We’re looking for positive team players with a flexible schedule who like to have fun, with the passion to work the famously fast paced McDonald’s environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts.
• Coordinate with next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handover.
