McDonald’s Sullivan, IL franchise location is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. The role requires supervising crew and other managers during shifts and maintaining McDonald’s standards.

The position includes planning for each shift, monitoring performance, safety, security and profitability, and helping departments meet their goals. 18+ age required for managerial duties.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate-owned and operated restaurant.

Responsabilités

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Plan for each shift, monitor performance, safety, security, and profitability and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
