Job summary

Dunkin' in the United States is seeking a Shift Manager who will be the go-to person on shift, leading the team and delivering exceptional guest service.

You will handle food prep, inventory, cash handling, and daily operations while upholding safety, cleanliness, and brand standards. You’ll coach crew members and step in for the manager when needed. This role requires a positive attitude and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience in food service or retail leadership is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
