Job summary

Dunkin’ in the United States is hiring a Shift Manager to lead during your shift, coach crew, and ensure smooth operations while delivering outstanding guest service. You’ll handle prep, inventory, cash, and safety, train staff, uphold brand standards, and step in for the manager when needed.

Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; a passion for great coffee and guest service is a must.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or retail (leadership experience is a plus!)
• A positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay cool under pressure
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A team-first mindset and a passion for great coffee and customer service

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and support your team in delivering top-notch guest service
• Keep operations running smoothly - prepping food, managing inventory, or handling cash
• Train and coach crew members to be their best
• Ensure the store stays clean, safe, and welcoming by upholding all Food Safety, Brand, and Network standards
• Step in for the manager when needed, help make key decisions
