Job summary

Flynn Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, drive exceptional customer service, manage food prep, and maintain cleanliness. You will train team members, enforce policies, and coordinate with the management team to meet sales targets in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years in a supervisory role within Food/Hospitality or equivalent.
Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Oversee execution of daily operations including food prep, service, and cleanliness.
Train and develop team members to maintain exceptional service.
Enforce company policies to uphold quality standards.
Implement strategies to drive sales and meet financial targets.
Monitor inventory and reduce waste for improved efficiency.
