Job summary

Arby's in Linthicum, MD is seeking a Shift Manager to support daily operations and assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering smooth shifts. You will guide team members through performance and training initiatives and provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year in foodservice.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
