Arby’s is seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to oversee daily operations during assigned shifts, ensuring high-quality customer service and strong team performance. You will supervise staff, train associates, and help maintain safety and cleanliness standards across the restaurant.

You will also assist with scheduling, monitor labor costs, and handle cash procedures, while delivering an exceptional dining experience in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality/restaurant management education is a plus.
• Minimum experience in food service with a supervisory role (as indicated by the job description).
• Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Supervise and lead team members during shifts, providing direction and support.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Customer Service: Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and efficient service; address inquiries and feedback.
• Financial Oversight: Assist in managing labor costs, inventory, and supplies to maximize profitability.
• Scheduling and Staffing: Create and manage employee schedules for peak hours.
