Job summary

Arby's, Inc. seeks a Shift Manager to support the General Manager and Assistant General Manager. You will be cross-trained across guest services, food preparation, and cash handling to ensure a great dining experience for guests.

You will lead 8-15 team members, train new staff, maintain attendance and performance records, handle guest concerns, and help drive sales while ensuring safety and compliance with labor laws. Background check required; Serve Safe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ year in Management in foodservice.
• A completed background check is required for all management positions.
• Placement into a management position will be contingent upon background check results.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Managing a shift of 8-15 employees efficiently in compliance with labor laws.
• Training new team members on proper procedures and policies.
• Maintaining accurate records of employee performance and attendance.
• Professionally handling guest complaints.
• Developing strategies to increase sales and improve efficiency.
• Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed.
• Overseeing the opening and closing of the restaurant.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, health, and safety regulations.
• All other duties necessary to run the restaurant
