Job summary

AES Restaurant Group, LLC, a proud Arby’s® franchisee, is hiring a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and direct the team during assigned shifts. You will assume full accountability for restaurant operations in the absence of management, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes training, coaching, and adherence to systems and policies to drive performance across operations, service, and financial results.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• Must be ServSafe certified or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure team members provide outstanding service to satisfy guests.
• Assist management with training and coaching team members.
• Utilizes AES systems to run a great restaurant on all shifts.
• Implements restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Sets and meets restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
