Job summary

AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily Arby’s operations and guide team members across shifts. You will be responsible for delivering excellent guest service, managing staff, and ensuring smooth operations when managers are away.

Ideal candidates will lead with integrity, coach colleagues, and drive performance in fast-paced settings while maintaining safety and accuracy in cash handling and inventory control.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification or capable of obtaining certification.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to climb ladders for general maintenance
• Ability to perform the following motions (Bending, Squatting, Twisting, Pulling, Reaching)

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and direct team members during assigned shifts.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction during shifts.
• Maintain accountability for restaurant operations when management is not present.
• Manage cash controls and inventory under shift conditions.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
