Qualifications

• 1+ year in foodservice; Serve Safe certification is a plus
• Strong communication and ability to multitask
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager on all shift operations
• Ensure service, food safety and cost controls during shifts
• Supervise up to 15 employees and ensure labor law compliance
• Assist with training and performance initiatives
