Job summary

Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to help operate our restaurant on a day-to-day basis, supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth shifts and excellent customer service.

You will also lead team members through performance and training initiatives, gaining experience across restaurant operations from service to cash handling while upholding food safety and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice.
• Serve Safe Certification is a plus (training may be provided).
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure shifts run smoothly.
• Support performance and training initiatives for team members.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls during shifts.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and ensure compliance with labor laws.
