EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchise operator, seeks a Shift Manager to lead a team, uphold brand standards, and drive restaurant success. You’ll mentor staff, manage shifts, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for hospitality, people, and guest satisfaction.
• Strong leadership skills and a reputation as a trusted role model.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work long/irregular shifts.
• Physical ability to meet restaurant demands: standing, lifting, bending, squatting, reaching, sweeping, mopping.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and manage restaurant operations, including assigning tasks, training, and feedback.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Champion hospitality and deliver a best-in-class guest experience.
• Uphold food safety, security, and labor standards.
• Live EYAS values and foster a respectful, accountable team environment.
