Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a team and drive restaurant success. You will oversee opening/closing duties, assign tasks, and ensure guest satisfaction with hospitality excellence.

You’ll manage costs, safety, and compliance while living our values of respect and growth. Requirements include 18+ years old, HS diploma preferred, some college or management coursework preferred, and 6 months quick-serve experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma (preferred).
• Some college or restaurant management coursework (preferred).
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and supervise team on duties (opening/closing).
• Foster hospitality to deliver best-in-class guest experience.
• Control costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift.
• Uphold food safety, security, and labor standards.
