Job summary

EYAS Hospitality Group, a Burger King franchisee, seeks a Shift Manager to lead a motivated team and drive restaurant performance. You will oversee shift operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• High School Diploma (preferred).
• Some college or restaurant management coursework (preferred).
• 6 months of quick serve restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver's license (required).

Responsibilities

• Lead with integrity: model authentic communication and foster respect, trust, and accountability.
• Lead team members on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback and training.
• Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash on the shift; deliver hospitality excellence.
• Ensure safety and compliance with food safety, security, and labor standards.
