Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our franchise restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts every week, guiding crew and other managers to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and take action to meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare a smooth handoff.
• Meet targets during shifts and help assigned departments achieve their goals.
