Job summary

McDonald's is seeking a Shift Manager for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. You will lead shifts, guide crew and other managers, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while upholding quality, safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Flexible schedule, positive team player, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager at the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensure fast, accurate and friendly service.
• Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift.
• Meet McDonald’s standards for quality, service and cleanliness.
• Monitor safety, security and profitability; prepare the next shift.
• Coordinate tasks for each shift and communicate with the next shift.
• Train and develop staff; manage scheduling and performance.
