McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager for a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The role leads a team to deliver fast, accurate, and friendly service, maintaining McDonald’s standards for quality, safety, and cleanliness.

Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with leadership responsibilities over crew and other managers during shifts. Candidates should have previous leadership experience, prefer experience in foodservice or related fields, and be available for a flexible

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
• Positive team players with a can-do attitude and willingness to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service and McDonald's standards.
• Lead crew and other managers during a shift, guiding with quality, service and cleanliness goals.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager for smooth transitions.
• Ensure food safety, internal communication, and inventory management.
• Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness, manage scheduling and training.
• Support safety and security, monitor profitability and targets during shifts.
