Job summary

McDonald's Corporation and its independently owned franchisees are seeking a Shift Manager to lead the crew, supervise shifts, and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You’ll plan shifts, monitor performance, manage inventory, and coach team members to meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in leadership within a restaurant or retail setting is preferred; you must be 18 or older.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
• Shift Manager leads shifts and supervises crew

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly service
• Plan each shift and monitor performance to meet McDonald’s standards
• Manage daily operations: safety, security, profitability and staffing
• Coach and develop crew and other managers for smooth shift execution
• Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
