Job summary

McDonald’s Franchisee-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead shifts, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure a fast, accurate, friendly customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include food safety, inventory, scheduling, training, and achieving departmental goals. Candidates should have prior leadership experience and be at least 18 years old to supervise in our McDonald’s setting.

• Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
