Steak ’n Shake in Greenwood, IN is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with energy and accountability. You will open and close shifts, set the tone for the team, and ensure fast, friendly, accurate service that exceeds guest expectations.

The role offers market-leading wages up to $17 per hour plus generous benefits, including a Bitcoin bonus, newborn match contributions after 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits package to support you and your family.
