AES Restaurants is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee restaurant operations and lead the team during assigned shifts. You will be responsible for directing crew, ensuring service quality, and maintaining daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate demonstrates leadership, customer service excellence, and strong focus on food cost and labor control, with a commitment to safety and guest satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
• ServSafe certification required or obtainable.
• Ability to work in warm and cold temperatures.
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders for maintenance.
• Bending, squatting, twisting, pulling, reaching.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restaurant operations and direction of team members during shifts.
• Maintain accountability for restaurant operations during shifts without management.
• Ensure outstanding service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and coach team members.
• Run restaurant controls, especially cash and inventory.
• Set and meet restaurant goals for service, operations and financial results.
