You will arrange shifts, monitor performance, uphold food safety, safety, and profitability, and coach team members to meet McDonald's standards. A flexible schedule and room for growth are available.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience in a restaurant, retail or hospitality setting is preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts, coach Crew and other Managers, and uphold standards.
• Commitment to quality, service and cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Plan shift assignments and monitor performance.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability on shift.
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for the next shift.
