Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to lead shifts and manage a team to meet McDonald’s standards.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Food Safety: ensure safe food handling and serving.
• Internal Communication: relay information between shifts and departments.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock and order supplies as needed.
• Daily Maintenance and Cleanliness: uphold store cleanliness and organization.
• Managing Crew: lead crew and other managers during shifts.
• Quality Food Production: supervise preparation and presentation of menu items.
• Exceptional Customer Service: ensure fast, friendly service.
• Safety and Security: maintain a safe working environment.
• Scheduling: plan shifts and labor coverage.
• Training: develop and coach team members.
